Rules and Regulations

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and effective healing environment for all our guests, we kindly request that all patients and visitors adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Medical Authority

  • In all matters concerning treatment, health protocols, and patient care, the decision of the attending doctor shall be final and binding.

2. Duration of Stay

  • The minimum duration of stay for any patient is 7 days.
  • Early departure for any reason does not entitle the patient to a refund (See Cancellation & Refund Policy).

3. Admission & Payment

  • Full payment for the chosen treatment plan must be made in advance at the time of admission.
  • The fees and packages confirmed during admission are considered final and binding.
  • Rates mentioned on the website are indicative only and subject to change without prior notice.

4. Conduct and Discipline

  • Patients are expected to cooperate with staff, follow treatment protocols, and maintain discipline throughout their stay.
  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the premises.
  • Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of center rules may result in immediate discharge without refund.

5. Visitors Policy

  • Visiting hours are limited and strictly regulated to maintain the therapeutic environment.
  • Prior permission from the management is required before allowing visitors.

6. Use of Electronic Devices

  • To maintain a peaceful environment conducive to healing, excessive use of mobile phones, loud music, and similar disturbances are discouraged.
  • Patients are encouraged to disconnect from digital distractions and focus on healing.

7. Valuables and Personal Belongings

  • The management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Patients are advised to bring only essential items and avoid carrying valuables.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment, the center shall not be held liable for:
    • Any unforeseen medical complications
    • Pre-existing health issues
    • Accidents or injuries during the stay

9. Amendments to Policies

  • The center reserves the right to amend or update the rules, regulations, and treatment protocols at any time without prior notice.
