Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Punarjeevan Ayush Nature Cure Center, we value your commitment to health and wellness. Our resources are carefully planned to offer each patient personalized care. As such, we request that you read and understand our Cancellation and Refund Policy before confirming your admission.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment of the treatment package at the time of admission.
- The payment secures your place and resources for the full treatment period.
2. Cancellation by the Patient
- No refund will be issued for any cancellations made after admission.
- If you choose to leave the center before the completion of the minimum 7-day stay, no part of the amount paid will be refunded, regardless of the reason (including medical emergencies, personal reasons, dissatisfaction, etc.).
3. No-Show Policy
- If a patient fails to report for admission on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
4. Postponement or Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule the date of admission must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability and management approval.
- Rescheduling may be allowed once only, and the booking must be availed within 30 days from the original admission date. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of the payment.
5. Non-Transferability
- Bookings and payments made are non-transferable to another person or for future bookings, unless explicitly approved by the management.
